PART 1: TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Service & Medical Disclaimer
Decode Your Life Consultancy provides Strategic Consulting, Professional Coaching, and Tailored Profiling Analytics. All reports, insights, and consultations are provided for strategic reference, executive planning, and personal development purposes only.
We do NOT provide financial, investment, legal, psychological, or medical advice. Our services are designed for functional professionals seeking strategic growth. We are not equipped for, nor do we offer, crisis intervention or mental health treatments. If you are experiencing psychological distress or a medical emergency, you must contact your local licensed professionals or emergency services immediately. The Client acknowledges that they assume 100% responsibility for any business, personal, or financial decisions made following the delivery of our services.
2. Age Restriction (Eligibility)
Our strategic consulting services are exclusively designed for adult professionals. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to minors.
3. Intellectual Property & Limited License
All reports, frameworks, methodologies, and digital content provided by Decode Your Life Consultancy are the intellectual property of Kin Li. Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale, public sharing, or commercial exploitation of our bespoke digital materials (including PDFs and analytical frameworks) is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws. Any breach of this provision will result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.
4. Digital Delivery & Service Provision
Unlike fully-automated systems, our premium strategic reports are bespoke syntheses. We utilise established analytical frameworks to evaluate your baseline data, and the final blueprint is individually tailored to your context. To ensure data integrity, all reports are delivered via secure digital channels. Due to the bespoke nature of our analysis, standard reports are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days following the successful confirmation of payment and receipt of all required client data.
5. Client Confidentiality & Communication
We employ standard secure communication protocols to deliver your bespoke analysis. To prevent unauthorised disclosure, clients are responsible for safeguarding any access credentials, passwords, or secure links provided to them by our consultancy.
6. Refund Policy & Statutory Waiver (Strictly Enforced)
Due to the highly bespoke and personalised nature of our strategic analysis, our services fall under the "custom-made/personalised digital goods" exemption of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
By completing your purchase or confirming your consultation, you explicitly consent to us commencing the analytical work immediately.
You acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period) once the data processing begins.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once an order has been initiated and data processing has commenced.
Administrative Revisions: In the unlikely event of an error resulting in the delivery of a mismatched analysis, the Client must notify us promptly. Decode Your Life Consultancy reserves the right to rectify the error and issue the corrected report. Such revisions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Consultancy and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the interpretation or misuse of our reports. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to business success or financial performance.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
9. Governing Law
These terms and any strategic engagements are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales.

Anonymised Analytical Research: For the purpose of continuous refinement of our strategic models, historical profiling patterns may be aggregated and completely anonymised. Once stripped of all personal identifiers, this data cannot be linked to any individual and is therefore processed outside the scope of standard personal data restrictions, ensuring your absolute privacy.
3. Data Security & Technical Safeguards
Encryption: All completed strategic reports are delivered using secure digital encryption methods in accordance with UK GDPR guidelines.
Storage: Core analytical data is stored in secure, encrypted digital environments with restricted access, limited only to necessary personnel.
4. Data Retention
To balance premium service continuity with strict data minimisation principles, we apply distinct retention periods:
Chronological & Profiling Data: To facilitate seamless annual strategic updates without requiring you to resubmit your baseline coordinates, this data is securely encrypted and retained for a maximum of 24 months following report delivery. You maintain the right to request premature deletion at any time.
Financial & Transactional Records: Official billing and service records are maintained securely for up to 7 years to strictly satisfy UK statutory accounting (HMRC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
